Point - The Times did a story where Central Boys Basketball Alaa Mroueh was in
the center of the scenario. My mind reverted to last year when he fired one of
his Asst. Basketball Coaches. Ronnie Edmonds former Girls Central Basketball
Coach took his spot. Source called me up with Intel. "Is there paperwork
on this one?" The Gibbs in me came out. "There's paperwork on coach
sexually harassing 3 girls from Central H.S. & a transgender." Source
broke it down like a shotgun.
My
first move was to pay a visit to Chief
Rivera. "Looking for police report on sexual harassment case @ Central." Street cut to the chase.
"Bernie Carter told me not to release the police report." The Chief
told me what they told him. This was my Big 10-4, and this case was for real.
