potential Cold Case in E.C. that involves Poe-Poe. "George Pabey can tell

"where I took "Jackie" to task for promoting Arcuri with the
baggage he was carrying. Source then cut to the chase. "Bochinche out
there that Poe-Poe hung Luis Wilson." Source drops it on me. A. The camera
that was supposed to monitor the prisoners in the drunk tank @ E.C.P.D. was not
working. B. Poe-Poe forgot to remove his shoelaces in 2002. Mrs. Wilson, the wife, took on E.C. City Hall
& walked out of court with $400,00. Motivation for me to request a copy of
Luis Wilson's Police report. OWI ticket from 1996 when he was arrested in East
Chicago.
"Is
he Hispanic?" Woman asked me. "Yeah, he's Mexican. Just the name
Wilson," she tells me. "Yeah, it's not Garcia, Vega..., Martinez."
