Private Investigator
This
was Scotty( Gary Scott, ISP cat who investigated Gilbert Bonilla's Homicide on
1985 Halloween Night. The K-9 came out in me. Found out that Scotty
had talked to a private investigator who probably was hired to check it
out. Street still has the kid in him. Had to put some crayons
on the evidence. Scotty retired from ISP & went to work for
F.B.I. "Scotty's cubicle was right across from mine," Cooley told me.
"The shooting was not justifiable." Let's put a B.O.L.O. on
Scotty. This was never a Cold Case. We always knew who killed Gilbert
Bonilla but never had a chance to prove it.
Scotty
intimated during the conversation that it seemed the shooting was not
justifiable. Scotty talked to a private investigator.
