Remember the time a friend of Arcuri told me a
story about King Kong (Mayor Pabey)? He was Kool with King Kong until the wheel
came off the Caddy. Then he started toasting bread on King Kong. Tells me that
Frank Mrvan Sr. had a friend whose son (Tim Leimbach) was fired from Hammond
Poe-Poe for pulling his gun on a superior officer. Sr. then suggested to Mrvan
Jr. who headed the North Township Trustee to hire Mayor Pabey's daughter &
E.C.P.D. would hire Leimbach. The deal was consummated, and it was all good.
(Street took mental notes)knowing this story would find its way to my blog. But
then suddenly 3 Letter Boyz started looking @ Mayor Pabey for a house he bought
in Miller & put in his daughter's name. Then Jr. gets nervous & lets
the daughter go in order to protect his political career. In the end, you had
King Kong get indicted for using E.C. City Workers rehabbing the Miller House
on E.C.'s dime. King Kong would wind up going to college for 5 years, & Jr.
ended up in Congress years later. P.S. "King Kong is going down from a
small virus," an infamous line from Don Cooley, an FBI agent.
