riding that West Cal bus headed to the casino or heading to "The Sal for
lunch.” This document tells us that Lt. Hagler was boss on the 2nd
shift that Halloween Night when Gilbert Bonilla was shot and killed. This
document #85-18660 has both Pabey's & Hagler's signature. But now
we were getting Bochinche that Lt. Hagler was also boss man 2nd shift that
left us Luis Wilson hung inside the drunk tank. A camera that was supposed
to monitor the drunk tank did not work. The E.C. Poe-Poe working lock
up also forgot to remove his shoelaces.

tampering with evidence in a homicide right here in my hometown. Lt. Hagler let

you had Luis Wilson found hanging in E.C. City Jail. They were

failed to remove Wilson's shoelaces. But now comes the allegation
that E.C. Poe-Poe might be involved. The crazy part for me is that we
already had Lt. Hagler the boss that night Pabey shot Gilbert Bonilla on
Halloween Night. Now comes word that Lt. Hagler was allegedly the
boss man on that second shift when they found Luis Wilson hanging in lock
up. Brought in @ 9 pm & found dead in jail cell @11pm.
