close to the story tells me S.B.O.A. has a private investigative team that was
in Crown Point about a year ago. “They pulled the files on all the Led Lighting
Project & nothing ever happened.” This county official lamented to me as we
talked. But now maybe Bernie Carter can have his office get a copy of the
