At Street Level 173

At Street Level. We have Cy Huerter coming on WJOB 10-20-23 @ 8am. He will join Gerry Schueb to discuss a meeting he sat in on that involved LED Lighting Deal in Crown Point Government Center. Cy had some skin in the game & why he's coming on.

Remember you told me that you, Ryan, & Repay had a meeting in Repay's office. The gist of the meeting was Repay told Ryan that he would cut Ryan a check in 2 weeks. But no check was forth coming & 2 weeks came & went. This got you to bail out Ryan where you borrowed thousands of dollars to lend Ryan. You were all in &even put your house for collateral. Never got a dollar amount on how much that check was for that Repay was to cut for Ryan. You need to write a scenario explaining to me how this deal turned into a bad movie. In movies you have bad guys & good guys. etc. Movies have a beginning, middle, & the end which you can tell us about. Street wants to give this narrative you write to 3 Letter Boyz & see if they want to be in this movie. Think of me as a movie producer who wants to make this movie that has potential. The fact that commissioners didn’t sue Ryan tells me they fear a lawsuit. Because then they have to give depositions & be subjected to "discovery" inquiries etc, etc.

Several bills, probably $60K worth, that were past due since Dec 2019, were presented to Repay by Ryan at our meeting with Repay at his office in July 2020.  Repay seemed shocked that these bills hadn't been paid.  Repay said, in effect, that we should have come to him much earlier and he would have seen that it would have been paid. Because it always takes some time for the County to cut checks, and, because I trusted Repay to do what he told us he would do, I was confident enough to use my home as collateral for a loan shark loan to Ryan to get the final shipment of lighting from China, to complete the contract Ryan had with the County, get the final payment from the County and the return of the performance bond.  I had sent up the meeting with Repay, and when the checks from the County didn't show up, I set up a meeting with Tippy after Labor Day.  Tippy accused Ryan of fraud and threw us out of his office.  I was shocked and everything went downhill from there. I've been available anytime since to testify to anyone interested in truth and justice, about what happened and what we probably can still do to fix this continuing problem.

Tippy also might get some exposure on this LED Lighting Deal.
