Mayor Pabey ( King Kong) was wounded when The 3 Letter Boyz
were looking @ him. He brought back Gus Flores as Chief of E.C. Poe-Poe because
Chief Machuca had let Letter Boyz post up in the station. Plus, King Kong did
not like Machuca anyway. It was Medina who co-signed for Machuca. Now King Kong
had eyes on The 3 Letter Boyz who were looking @ him.
"Arcuri Story." When George Pabey took over as
Mayor of East Chicago, he put his crew in charge of E.C.P.D.(Machuca, Medina, Nava
etc.etc. Arcuri was working with the Gang & drug unit. With the change,
Arcuri was now working the midnight shift in the lock-up. Arcuri had wanted to
explore legal action. Felt it was political for his demotion. Met with him and
he bought his "stats”. Street looked them over. “He had the most arrests @
E.C.P.D. And he drove a black Crown Vic with a wolf head on the front license

Medina
was Deputy Chief of Poe-Poe under Chief Machuca. Team Pabey had beaten Team
Pastrick so Arcuri was now outside looking in. But ultimately failed to make an
appointment with a lawyer. “If I file a lawsuit, they are gonna find out I've
