Copeland in America leaders are supposed to lead. Yet, your Chief of Police,
Jose Rivera, has failed to respect my public records request for Luis Wilson's
police report. The autopsy on Luis Wilson was available, but the same can't be
said for a police report in East Chicago. "Hope With Cope" was a
marketing ploy Street gave him during one of his campaigns. This was in
reference to transparency in city government under his tenure as mayor. Boy,
was I wrong!

Articles comes out on in The Times, & source tells me about a guy who hung himself in lockup.
