       Luis Wilson Police Reports. #96-6049 Exterior. #96-6053 Interior.(7-12-96).

    "Shooting Straight." My first public records request for Luis Wilson's police report provided me with a report on what happened on the field where Wilson was arrested. But Street wanted the report that told what happened inside the lockup where Wilson was found hung. Hope Chief Rivera is shooting straight. P.S. Bochinche has it that King Kong knows what happened to Luis Wilson.
