won't have any tongue left. "He gave me his word Street that he would
bring back Public Access if he won," Copeland told me as we talked. "So,
what you just found out a Puerto Rican can tell a lie?" That was my
response. Copeland gave me a look. "You don't think he watched you toast
bread on Pastrick using Public Access like a 2x4." Street shot his wad. The
bottom line is Copeland promised to bring back Public Access Television, &
it was part of his platform when he ran for Mayor. He gets elected & then
comes down with a case of amnesia, you feel me? Mayor Copeland turned out to be
phony as a 3-dollar bill. Street is keeping it one hundred.
