At
Street Level. Just want to let U.S. Attorney Clifford Johnson know that Ricardo,
StreetWise, Moreno wasn't a "square from nowhere" pertaining to
Gilbert Bonilla Cold Case. "Just the facts Ricardo," a Greek Lawyer
used to tell me. "So, skip the floor show, huh?" I'd whisper to
myself. With that said & done let us get to the facts.
A. In the Indiana State Police News Release Information Form, we have
Sgt. George Pabey telling us the following: "That he caught up to Gilbert
Bonilla & put him up against a wall & started to pat him down. Then he
goes on to say that Gilbert Bonilla whirled around & pointed a gun at his
head. Sgt. Pabey reported that he immediately shot the person and the person on
East 140th Street." B. The only thing with this scenario is we have two
autopsy reports that refute this version of the shooting. Dr. Kirschner tells
us, "There was no evidence of a close-range shooting." Then Dr. Young
Kim pathologist for Lake County Coroner also refutes Sgt. Pabey's version of
the shooting. "There were no gunpowder burns or stippling noted.”
