At Street Level. "All we need is a crack," Cooley used to tell me when we talked. “I get paid the big bucks 'cause I go the extra mile StreetWise" He leaned forward over breakfast. Street took mental notes cuzz this had a movie written all over it.
At
Street Level. "What other criteria is there where the 3 Letter Boyz can
enter a case?" I asked him as we
talked. This is my way of working with him. “Well for instance if there is
evidence that has been tampered with, then we could enter the case. “Cooley
came back @ me. Once again, my nature got harder than Chinese Algebra okay.
StreetWise
went to Schneider to talk with Richard Ludlow, a retired ISP who was in charge
of the investigation of Gilbert Bonilla Investigation in 1985. "Nobody
stepped forward to contradict Pabey's version of the shooting." He told me
as his grandkids played in the swimming pool in the backyard.
At
Street Level. Gary Scott (Scotty) was the lead investigator on #85-18660
Gilbert Bonilla Homicide who did actual investing where ISP Ludlow was his
boss. But the killing part is how Scotty retired from ISP & went to work
for 3 Letter Boyz in Merrillville. His desk was across from Cooley, you feel
me? TBC.
P.S.
Correction- "I wrote. Ludlow said nobody came forward to contradict
Pabey's version of the shooting." But what he said, "Nobody came
forward to contradict the policeman's version of the shooting. “Is what Ludlow
told me, & he talked to me right in his backyard. Like we talked, & his
grandkids played in the swimming pool in his backyard. What impressed me was
how Ludlow received me in Schneider, Indiana to his home. God loves you, sir,
& hope your humble self can stay with me on this one. Heard you sold the
house. And I am truly sorry that you lost your wife, sir. Adios.
