At Street Level. Lt. Hagler was the superior
officer on Halloween Night 10-31-85. This was the night Gilberto Bonilla was
shot & murdered by then Sgt Pabey of E.C.P.D. #85-18660 the police report
from the Homicide has a page missing and a section that was white out or erased.
And yet Lt. Ernest Hagler was complicit because he allowed #85-18660 police
report to pass the "stink test”. Chief Gus Flores has some exposure
because he failed to call Sgt. Pabey & Lt Hagler in on the rug? Like they
say in the street, "Lt. Hagler co-signed for Sgt. Pabey. When Pabey took
over security for Showboat, he took Hagler with him. After Pabey became Mayor
of East Chicago, he appointed Hagler Building Commissioner. And that's a Big
