Veteran was found hanging in E.C. Poe-Poe station in 1996. The video camera
that was supposed to monitor Luis Wilson was not working that night, and they
forgot to remove his Sock. "There is no record of this hanging in our
files." Email from Chief Rivera that precipitated this posting.
