Machuca let 3 Letter Boyz work out of E.C. Poe-Poe station. This way Mayor
Pabey could call up Chief Flores for an update on what was going on. Mayor
Pabey never cared for Machuca, but he was Rich Medina's boy, so Machuca was
appointed Chief & Medina Deputy Chief for E.C. Poe-Poe. Just connecting the
