Street Level. Remember talking to a local bail bondsman about what I discovered
regarding Forfeiture Bail Money. And this source was better than a government
check & kindda surprised that he consented to talk to me. Why?
Because
he had seen this picture of Marc Chase taking a picture of 3Letter Boyz rolling
on Mary Elgin(Calumet Township Trustee),
where the picture can be seen on my blog, etc. But then he started to tell me
that in 2009 he was invited to Lake County Government Center. They wanted me to
try & develop a system on how to track this forfeiture bail money in the
county clerk's office. “I told them it would be a monumental task & he couldn't
help them," the bail bondsman tells me. Then it was my turn. "The
audit they gave me for 2015, 2016, 2017,& 2018 could fit on 2 index cards,"
Street told him. "That is because they don't have anything to give you,
Street." Bondsman continues. "They had stuff written on pieces of
paper," He went on. Then you can hear him laughing out loud. It was a hearty
laugh.
