At Street Level. Allegedly, Mr. Holcomb sexually harassed 4 young girls & a transvestite from Central High School, & nobody said boo. That snoring in the background is The Times newspaper.

Mr. Mayor this morning Street is headed to E.C. Poe-Poe to request a copy of the offense report from your Chief  Jose Rivera.

 

Lake County Prosecutor Bernie Carter hasn't released an offense report from the incident @ E.C. Central.
