This was inside of my arcade. This was a mural with fluorescent
paint & a couple of black lights hanging from above. Wanting to create a
neon sign image of StreetWise.
When I read that article in the newspaper my mind drifted
back to when Dwayne Rancifer used to come to my arcade to chill& listen to
"Wild, Wild West" on the jute box. Always Kool& smiled a bit.
