    Mayor Copeland had a complaint lodged against him. Councilman Garcia filed a complaint with the Lake County Board of Elections, seeking a hearing on the $150,000 amount of the complaint raised in this issue. Councilman Garcia was basically told to take a walk. Garcia did not even merit a hearing where he could raise the issue?
