    My Pedo. Made a public records request with E.C. Poe-Poe regarding a Luis Wilson Cold Case from 1996. The pedo starts when I get a 96-6049 police report that only has the narrative from the arrest on the street but nothing about what happened inside the lock-up area where Luis Wilson was found hung to death. What is crazy is there was another number of police report 96-6053. Fired off another public records request for this 96-6053.

 

 

"There is no record of this hanging in our records," an E-mail from Chief Rivera stated. This is my pedo jefe. Adios.
