Italian Guy saw Copeland and stuck it to him. He talked about becoming a
whistle-blower. "I already talked to Kevin Milner & David (Double
Down) Westland to get the paperwork ready." Street knew he was blowing
smoke but let him blow.

It's Not a fact but an anecdotal story. A couple of local black businessmen approached
Copeland about bankrolling his campaign. "I got a white guy gonna do that,"
Copeland allegedly told them &walked off.
Copeland's
$1000-plate fundraisers mean he shouldn't need anybody to bankroll his
campaigns ever....but he does have to pay all his workers because he drove all
the volunteers away.
