"Do you have any more information on this case?" Roselind that lady @ city hall asked me after I filed a Public Records Request for Luis Wilson who was found hung in the city jail cell. Told her I had an autopsy from 7-13-96. It was then Street texted the cover page of the autopsy from Luis Wilson's case to Chief Rivera. TBC.
