    "Case File 96-6053" This precipitated me filing another public records request. But this time, we had push back from Chief Rivera ."There is no record of this hanging in our files" is an email from Chief Rivera. F.Y.I . Sondra Wilson took E.C. Poe-Poe to court in 2003 & came away with $400,000.
